CRC boron nitride mold release is ideal when working with the latest-high temperature resins, and is also an excellent release for die-casting of low melting point metals such as lead. CRC boron nitride mold release is a rapid dry, anti-stick mold release agent suitable for cold and hot molds. Prevents sticking to increase the life of dies and molds, improve product surface finishes and reduce production times. Forms A non-wetting, non-reacting layer with molten metals, salts, fluxes and slags. Protects surfaces and MIG/MAG welding nozzles from weld spatter. High temperature limit. Provides effective lubrication up to 800 degree. High electrical resistance and thermal conductivity. Applications includes plastic and rubber molding, metal forming, glass making, sintering, welding and brazing applications.
